Once formatted the HD, I can not install the LightScribe software 1.18.23.1.exe - version 14.0.0.166 - 12,8 Mb), Direct Disc Labeling is not installed. LightScribe Diagnostic Utility reports the following error: Win 32 Error: Function: Status SetService returned error Win 32-6 - Descripton: Handle invalid. I deactivated the antivirus and user account and still not complete the program was installed. I have a Toshiba notebook with 'Windows Vista Home Premium, Microsoft Security Essentials, LACIE LightScribe DVD Drive, and editors and converters installed videos: 2010 Roxio, Ulead DVD Movie Factory; Leawo Video Powerpoint. I request help to solve the problem. Thanks.
