Hi,
I'm using
TSST corp CDDVDW TS-L633L ATA Device
and LS 1.18.21.1
When I used LS some months ago, everythink worked fine.
When I try to use LS now, it stops within the step Print Options and doesn't react any more. Same with the Diagnostic Utility. It starts, but then it's not react any more.
I de- and reinstalled the whole LS software, but I still have the same problem.
Any ideas or suggestions?

Honestly I don't know what your problem is. And thus don't know how to fix it. But lets get some more information that we would need anyway.
Are you using Windows? What version?
What labeling program are you using? LightScribe Template Labeler? LightScribe Simple Labeler? SureThing? Nero?
Do you have anything Nero brand installed on your computer?
There are more questions but let's start there.

In addition:
- Check the Window Update History (People allow this to be automatic without notification - BAD IDEA ALWAYS get a notification 1st)
- Any other Updates or Installs since you used it last
- ALWAYS restart after uninstalls or re-installs
- ALL LSS Programs are 32 bit (Should be installed under "Program Files (x86)
