Hi, I just bought a Pioneer dvd-rw drive , it has LableFlash and Lightscribe technologies as the box says. I tried the LableFlash and it works perfect with Nero 9 HD, for Lightscribe , I downloaded the last version of the driver , but no drive detected , not in the Cpanel and not in Nero , I tried the Diagnostic Utility tool as well but still nothing. restarted many times , changed my nero , but still there is no drive. even I tried that registery trick but nothing changed. and now I'm really confused >.< I'm using Windows Vista SP2 23bit Nero 9 HD LightScribe ControlPanel Thanks

Hi,
The first thing to do is try the diagnostic utiity and create a report.

it is best to run the utilty with lightscribe media insert, label side down.

from the current control set you can see the drive and then in the media and drive section, it shows it supports lightscribe.
