Is there an estimated time frame for the Snow Leopard-compatible software?

Going on a month now. Are you in this business, or not.

It really would be nice to get some answers to everyone using Mac OS updates and the lack of any support from lightscribe. I just might give up and go back to paper adhesive labels. The lack of a response from anyone at tech support is really obnoxious to the many who have purchased the drive, cds, dvds and are currently stuck without a solution or simple answer from anyone.

The Lightscribe software and simple labeler is working on my system and has since 10.6, is there something wrong with your system?
