We have a LG BH10LS30 SCSI CDRom Drive, it is still burning data on to the disks and plays the Blue Rays etc. so we are presuming it is working properly.
I was using the Cyberlink software that came with the drive last week to Lightscribe Disks and everything was fine , I went to my saved label to scribe more copies and the following error message pops up
“The project [C:\name of project] cannot be loaded. This project is for creating a Lightscribe disc, but your current system does not support light scribe”.
When we open the Lightscribe Control Panel the system info also says
“No Lightscribe drives found”
We are running windows 7 64 Bit. I have uninstalled Lightscribe and the Cyberlink software and reinstalled it and it is still the same.
Does anyone have any ideas on why the drive is not recognised anymore.

I've been getting the same error message ("your current system does not support Lightscribe"), but I've been able to print to CDs on it in the past. Nothing has been changed, and the drive works fine to burn CDs, but all of a sudden the #$*&^## Lightscribe program won't even load my saved labels. The Lightscribe "support" page is a huge load of nothin', of course. (And btw, the software came pre-loaded on my HP, which didn't come with a separate software disc, or else I would have tried re-installing it. Plus, Windows doesn't give a Repair option in the control panel for this program, only Uninstall.)

Any suggestions? Does Lightscribe have the software available for download?
