Can someone tell me how to contact Lightscribe? I have a new laptop with a Lightscribe burner but not the software to run it. The Lightscribe website is too complicated and technical for me and I can't figure what software I need. I searched all over the site for a contact phone number for help but I could not find one. I absolutely refuse to buy any computer related products that do not offer phone support - I've lost thousands of dollars by not being able to operate products and having no way to contact the company. Can anyone tell me how to contact Lightscribe?
