LightScribe Forum : Drives : Error at 20% Microsoft Visual Studio...?

So I've built a new computer (that might be part of the reason) and installed lightscribe, but everything I go to burn, it gives me the "Error: C:/Program....... something about Microsoft Visual Studio" and collapses. I've tried to find an answer, uninstalled and reinstalled, but I still get the same results. Any ideas?

Hi !

You probably don't have the latest version of the C++ Runtime Library from Microsoft or the version you have is too old!

for the future record I had to uninstall all Microsoft C++'s and reinstall the new 2010. NOW it works
