LightScribe Forum : LightScribe Template Labeler : Only a solid band prints!!! whats up? please help!! I am trying to use the Lightscribe Labeler and all that prints is a solid band...

I enter the text in the template, and when I hit "preview" all that is there is a solid band

If I try to print, only a band prints!!

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

If you can, also describe the Template you're using & the Text!

Also, does the Print Preview show the same black band?
