Was hoping someone had some generic legal layouts done already?

You know with a bunch of generic legal BS on the disc that gives you a semi leg to stand on if say you sent an idea into a company on a said burned disc and they stole the idea. You can claim they knew cause the disc was covered in said legal jargin........

something beyond and to addition to a legal disclaimer that pops up once the disc is played.

Like a pre played type stuff.

Was hoping someone already did the leg work on this one

How do you make a custom template?

Id invisoin the whole CD top being legal txt like on a sheet of paper, then maybe a simple title top n bottom that the main txt skips around.

1. Put some TEXT into a template & save it as an LSL File;
2. You can create a Desktop Shortcut & either leave it on the Desktop or move it to a Folder made for Shortcuts to LSL Files you have saved;
3. Click on the Shortcut for the LSL File desired;
4. Add more text to this as if it were a Custom Template; &
5. Save this to a different LSL File for the final Label.

• I've put together some stuff I use to create CD Labels.
• I wrote up the procedure I use in a PDF File.
• I make PDF Files of any Documentation I create.
• I have V1.14.32.1 of the LSS & since Version 1.17.90.1 of both the LSS & the corresponding Diagnostic Utility.
• I include an "Additional Stuff" Folder which contains anything I create while developing My Custom Templates.

Not sure I completely understood your post, but did add "LightScribe -" to the subject of the E-mails with the exception of one for Windows Live Skydrive since I can't control it.

Did you get ALL 3 E-mails? - 2 from me & 1 from Windows Live Skydrive.

I would not of almost deleted it and reported as spam, titles that start off like that are usually junk.

Though what you sent me is still over my head.

There are no simple drag n drop, few simple mouse clicks for dummies template program?

How about a blank JPG image already sized right, formaed, crop marks  to be edited that way.
I could spend 20min to do what I want in one pic in mspaint, then all that math n coding.

Also I am having an awful time with that windows live, ask me to log in with every click and then I get error pages, page not aviable at this time or not able to save your data at this time.
Could be why when I signed up for it in 07 I never used it.

Then into MS photodraw that comes with office.

loads of fancy bend n txt formats n great with images on keeping clarity no matter how much ya shrink them and easy layering. A easy program to stumble through like MSpaint. No classes needed.

searching for a general one to use is teadious as you just find the disclaimer of websites.

Id like to have a full CD face of legal jargin that gives a person the right to view said CD but not use any info or idea's in it without permission and the usually copy stuff.

Without paying a lawer lots of money to write one for me.

Its not that mission critical to pay to have it done.

Just need a general half page of info to use, to provide a tiny leg to stands on.

Simple MSpaint/paint that comes free with every windows OS is enough to go beyond pre made templates but not into coding. You use it as the full disc image for the background of the blank white disc in LS template program. Add txt with LS if you left room or leave blank. I was only using MSphotodraw that comes with office as it can bend txt nice with more txt options then LS template program.

I need any emails to be 2megs or less or it blows up on my end.

Things just come out nicer better and more how I want it.

I did a back up of an old game I got and the cover is much nicer done my way, the LS only option of black letters made it hard to read, plus it blocked the Buick 455 on the plate.

with mspaint n ms photodraw I can get things more how I want them.
