Hola, tengo un problema al empezar la quemada de la etiqueta me sale un mensaje que no encontro un cd /dvd con la etiqueta hacia abajo y tengo en la unidad uno de esa forma ya he ensayado con varios y siempre me sale el error, es un portatil 1237la hp y la unidad esta nueva

I cannot believe HP would put such JUNK on the market and then hope end users can run their tech support. They need to hire some REAL software engineers and fix these problems or shut it down.
