Hi,
is it possible lo use "lightscribe" logo? If yes, what should be done for this purpose?

Only LightScribe licensees (manufacturers and branders who sell LightScribe technology) are authorized (i.e., licensed) to use/display the LightScribe logo.

I'm trying to reach these guys for a very long time.
tried "general questions and feedback" and "technical support request"(http://www.lightscribe.com/support/index.aspx?id=309)
no reply for more than a week
what I'm doing wrong?
