Two questions:

1. I have attempted to burn two DVDs and get the same "error" both tries. A blank band approx 1/4-1/3 of an inch wide around the outter edge of the disc. I first noticed this after using Nero 8 (Cover Designer version 3.3.3.0). I attempted to burn a different design using the Light Scribe Template Labler (version 1.10.23.1) which I had just downloaded. I got the same blank area/band around the outter edge of the disc. The rest of the design looked good.

2. When I check the version of LS Template Labeler software in the program (Help, About) it returns as Ver 1.10.23.1. When I go to the website and check for updates I find that the version is given as 1.14.25.1 as of ten minutes ago. So I downloaded it, installed it, rebooted and still the Help/About lists the version 1.10.23.1. Whats up??

I also notice that there are references to being sure that Full mode is selected. I cannot find that in either Nero 8 or LS Template labeler. Where is it found?

My system is an HP m9150f

I replaced the PSU and graphics card otherwise it is stock standard.
