Hi All,

    I have recently installed the latest versions of Lightscribe to my Vista machine including the simple label maker and the template sw. 

I can make and burn with the simple label SW but if I try to use the Template SWthis is what happens. 

I set up the label I want to burn and when I go to execute tht burn it tells me that the LSS SW is not installed...I am baffled since I can burn with the simple SW.

Any ideas?
