"LSPrintdialog.exe - Entry point not found" the procedure entry point ?windowsversion@Qsysinfo@@SA?AW4winversion@1@xz could not be located in the dynamic link library QtCore4.dll thats the message i get when i try to preview and print with the ls template labeler. any suggestions?

I think your lightscribe software is too old for the Template Labeler.
Have you updated to the latest lightscribe update?
Requirements
LightScribe System Software (LSS) version 1.10.16.1 or newer must also be installed. The LSS and Template Labeler versions don't need to match.
