Where can I obtain white lightscribe burnable cd's and do they actually exist?

Sorry  , they don't exist.
You're not the first to ask though.
I, for one would welcome them, as I'm sure MANY others would.
To my understanding, the problem is the LightScribe coating and its metal content, or so I get the reason.
Commercially, a lot of white products use Titanium Dioxide ( even toothpaste). So it might be possible???!!!?
Some of us have suggested how color might be done!
If you come across any, A LOT of people in this Forum would like the news!
