Was this on a MAC? I am on my 3rd burner. The other 2 when I use lightscribe the computer never sees the disc again. I use a MAC. I have a 3rd burner working now but you can bet your #$*&^## I will not use lightscribe. Lightscribe needs to fix these issues or pull the product from the market. I notice several posts about the burner not working after using LS but the LS tech people do not offer a solution. Shame on them. I have also purchased 100 un-useable LS disc.

I verified the problem is with the LS software for MAC. Both drives I have worked on my wife's computer which never used LS. Still will not work on my MAC. LS engineers need to fix this problem or pull the product of the market.
