I purchased the Lightscribe and NTI OEM Media s/w from Staples. I'm trying to add new files to an existing R/W DVD, and it doesn't seem to work, how do I do this. The Lightscribe DVD Multi Recorder says RW on it, but it hasn't worked that I can add to an existing RW DVD.

Hi,
Many times users fail to take note that the CD's or DVD's must be Lightscribe compatible.
Secondly, your CD Drive that you have must also be Lightscribe compatible.
If either of these do not have the Lightscribe logo seal or does not have lightscribe shown, IT WILL NOT WORK. I had to buy 4 CD devices when a salesman asked why I was buying and returning so many CD devices. He then explained that the lightscribe comapitability must be on the CD's as well as the CD device. That was my only problem. When he knew what I was doing he sold me the correct items, in other words, problem solved.
