Can't burn label on a disc

I have been trying since 2005 to burn a label on dvd disc. This is very tiring, can someone please help me. I get the error messages below:

logLSPrintDialog.exe_2704.xml DiscPrinter

logLSDiagnosticUtility.exe_2448.xml LSPrtEn>dll Unable to get media params in get_media_params ()

logLSDiagnosticUtility.exe_2448.xml DiscPrinter

logLSDiagnosticUtility.exe_2668.xml LSPrten.dll Unable to get media params in get_media_params ()

logLSDiagnosticUtility.exe-2668.xml DiscPrinter

logLSPrintDialog.exe_3848.xml DiscPrinter

Under SYSTEMS SETTINGS I get this message:

SOFTWARE\INTEL\Intel Application Accelerator-Not detected.

Someone/anyone PLEASE HELP ME. I really would like to use my Lightscribe disc labeling program.
